From initial conversation to booking to information sent dealing with Wayne has been a pleasure. The actual day of theory and practical with 7 of us in attendance from ages 14 to 47 was professional, informative, fun, relatable and clear. Wayne uses both visual and written methods and completes the day with a positive, calm approach and great of humour. Firstly, thank you for your time and patience in delivering the assessment information for my RST. I actually learnt a great deal and gained confidence. I’m glad I chose your delivery method with the extra information that will help with ramp etiquette, maintenance, safety methods and procedures and general common sense.
