The actual day of theory and practical with 7 of us in attendance from ages 14 to 47 was professional, informative, fun, relatable and clear. Firstly, thank you for your time and patience in delivering the assessment information for my RST. I actually learnt a great deal and gained confidence. I’m glad I chose your delivery method with the extra information that will help with ramp etiquette, maintenance, safety methods and procedures and general common sense.
