From initial conversation to booking to information sent dealing with Wayne has been a pleasure. The actual day of theory and practical with 7 of us in attendance from ages 14 to 47 was professional, informative, fun, relatable and clear. Wayne uses both visual and written methods and completes the day with a positive, calm approach and great of humour. I can launch and drive a boat yet learned so many new things. He generously shares his 30+ years experience with many best practices for boat ownership and maintenance as well as tips for getting the boat in and out of the water.
