Firstly, thank you for your time and patience in delivering the assessment information for my RST. I actually learnt a great deal and gained confidence. I’m glad I chose your delivery method with the extra information that will help with ramp etiquette, maintenance, safety methods and procedures and general common sense. From initial conversation to booking to information sent dealing with Wayne has been a pleasure. The actual day of theory and practical with 7 of us in attendance from ages 14 to 47 was professional, informative, fun, relatable and clear. Wayne uses both visual and written methods and completes the day with a positive, calm approach and great of humour. The Sea Soaring II (yep Wayne we remembered the name of the boat
