Hey!!! Just wanted to say how amazing today was. It was a pleasure to learn new stuff from you and to not feel like a dick when asking a question. Firstly, thank you for your time and patience in delivering the assessment information for my RST. I actually learnt a great deal and gained confidence. I’m glad I chose your delivery method with the extra information that will help with ramp etiquette, maintenance, safety methods and procedures and general common sense. You succeeded in teaching me that boating really does require a specific and focused mindset.
