Firstly, thank you for your time and patience in delivering the assessment information for my RST. I actually learnt a great deal and gained confidence. I’m glad I chose your delivery method with the extra information that will help with ramp etiquette, maintenance, safety methods and procedures and general common sense. Paul enjoyed the course immensely. He said you were a great teacher and it takes quite a lot to impress Paulley! He loved it so much, he was at the boat ramp when I left this afternoon watching the boats come in!
